In this guide, you will learn how to effortlessly create customized and branded forms using Automate Forms, an AI-powered form builder.
Let's begin by creating a new form from scratch. Click on the "*Start From Blank**" option.

Choose between a single-page or multi-page form. A single-page form displays all questions on one page, while a multi-page form presents each question on its own page, requiring users to click "next" to proceed.

You are now on the form builder screen. Let's start by setting the form title. We'll create a "*Contact Us**" form.Enter the form title and, if desired, add a description.

For the "Contact Us" form, add fields for name, phone number, and email. These can be quickly added by clicking on them. Additionally, you have basic fields like text, textarea, checkbox, and dropdown.

A dropdown has been added. You have options to add images or show/hide fields. In the settings panel, decide if the field is required.

By default, the field is set as required, indicated by a red check mark. Use the icons to duplicate or remove fields. The form is now ready.

Add a final touch by uploading a banner. Click "Upload Banner," select an image, and the banner will be added to the form.

Use the toggle to preview your form quickly. Once satisfied, return to the editing screen.

Click "Create Fields and Publish." Once published, the link will be ready to share with your audience.

Customise the Thank You Page message accordingly wether you want to add a message or a Link to it.

Embed the form on your website or share it on social media platforms, allowing customers to access it quickly.
