# How to add additional reminders in a task?

|| Steps to add additional reminders in a task:

* Navigate to the **Task Management** section and click on the **"Assign Task"** button.

* Enter the necessary task details and click on the **clock icon** at the bottom.

* Choose the preferred reminder channel, either **Email** or **WhatsApp**.

* Specify the reminder time and adjust the time unit as needed.

* Select whether the reminder should be sent **before** or **after** the task deadline.

* Click on the **plus (+) icon** to add the reminder. You can add up to **10 additional reminders**, including both **before** and **after** the deadline.

* Click on the Save button to confirm and apply all the added reminders.
