• Go to Settings in your app.

• Navigate to the Channels section.

• Click on Stage Template.

• Select the pipeline for which you want to configure the template.

• Click the Edit icon next to the first stage (Welcome stage) of the selected pipeline.

• Select the WhatsApp template you want to send.

• Map the required values (e.g., lead name, company, contact number) to personalize the message.

• Turn on the notification toggle and click Save.

✅ Test the Setup

• Go to the Leads section.

• Add a new lead in the same pipeline where you've set up the stage template.

• The lead will automatically receive a WhatsApp welcome message as soon as they enter the pipeline.
