* Go to **Settings** in your app.

* Navigate to the **Channels** section.

* Click on **Stage Template**.

* **Select the pipeline** for which you want to configure the template.

* Click the **Edit icon** next to the **first stage (Welcome stage)** of the selected pipeline.

* **Select the WhatsApp template** you want to send.

* **Map the required values** (e.g., lead name, company, contact number) to personalize the message.

* **Turn on the notification toggle** and click **Save**.

**✅ Test the Setup**

* Go to the **Leads** section.

* **Add a new lead** in the same pipeline where you've set up the stage template.
