You can create pipelines and email templates using quickly AI. You'll learn how to automate workflows for better organization and smoother communication.
- We have introduced two significant AI enhancements. Users can now create pipelines and email templates with AI. Let's begin by creating a pipeline with AI.
- Navigate to the settings tab and select the "Create pipeline with AI" button under the customize section. After selecting this, simply input a prompt for the AI to generate a pipeline.
- This prompt Create a sales pipeline with relevant stages for a manufacturing company.
- Upon clicking "Generate," the AI will take a few milliseconds to create a pipeline. This will include the pipeline name and several stages within the pipeline.
- You may edit or add additional stages if needed. If the pipeline configuration is satisfactory, click "Next" to proceed.
- You can designate stages as mandatory or optional and rearrange their order as desired.
- After arranging the stages, click "Next" and assign access to team members based on their roles.
- A list of users corresponding to specific roles will appear. Once finalized, click "Create Pipeline." This will generate the pipeline, displaying all stages, custom fields, and mandatory fields.
