How to Create Roles and Permissions in the CRM App ?
SOLUTION:
- Click on the settings icon on the left-hand side > roles & permissions.
- Click on the + icon and enter the name of the role that you are creating.
- Select the lead access from the drop down menu which you want to give.
- Define the permissions of all the pages by clicking the tickbox for those pages and permission which you want to give to the user.
- Similarly, go to the features tab and define the permissions there.
- After filling out all the details, you can click on the + icon, and the role will be created.
