How to Create Roles and Permissions in the CRM App ?
SOLUTION:
Click on the settings icon on the left-hand side > roles & permissions.
Click on the + icon and enter the name of the role that you are creating.
Select the lead access from the drop down menu which you want to give.
Define the permissions of all the pages by clicking the tickbox for those pages and permission which you want to give to the user.
Similarly, go to the features tab and define the permissions there.
After filling out all the details, you can click on the + icon, and the role will be created.
