How to send quotation via WhatsApp

You can either watch the below video or read the guide to learn how to send quotation via WhatsApp

• Click on the "Quotation" button on the left-hand side menu.

• Select the quotation you want to share with the client.
  

• If the quotation is in draft status, click on “Publish” to make it ready for sending.
  

• Once published, click on the three dots next to the quotation.
  

• From the dropdown menu, select “Send via WhatsApp.”
  

• A confirmation popup will appear. Confirm the action to proceed.
  

• Now, choose the WhatsApp template you want to send.
  

• In the template: Map all the values and select "PDF" for the variable in which you want to send the quotation link.
  

• Once both variables are mapped, click on “Send WhatsApp.”
  

• The quotation will now be sent to the client via WhatsApp, and he will receive the message with the public link.
  

• Clicking on the public link will open the quotation PDF in a new tab.
