# How to send quotation via WhatsApp

* **Click on the "Quotation" button** on the left-hand side menu.

* **Select the quotation** you want to share with the client.

* If the quotation is in **draft status**, **click on “Publish”** to make it ready for sending.

* Once published, **click on the three dots** next to the quotation.

* From the dropdown menu, **select “Send via WhatsApp.”**

* A confirmation popup will appear. **Confirm the action** to proceed.

* Now, **choose the WhatsApp template** you want to send.

* In the template: Map all the values and select **"PDF"** for the variable in which you want to send the quotation link.

* Once both variables are mapped, **click on “Send WhatsApp.”**

* The quotation will now be sent to the client via WhatsApp, and he will receive the message with the **public link**.

* **Clicking on the public link** will open the quotation PDF in a new tab.
