How to upload tasks in bulk?

Steps to upload task in bulk using Automate Tasks App:

Log in to the Automate Tasks App using your registered credentials.



Navigate to the Settings section from the main menu.



Click on Import Tasks to access the bulk upload option.



Download the template file provided for task import.



Open the downloaded file and make a copy of the Google Sheet to begin editing.





Copy the account data from the downloaded file.



Paste the copied data in the settings sheet of google sheet.



Fill in the task details in the “Tasks” sheet and Assign tasks for Different Frequencies. Let's see a task as a Weekly, as soon as you select the Frequency the Dropdown value in the Next Column gets changed accordingly to help you assign a task in the same frequency
Weekly Task : Choose a day from the Week. You can choose multiple days if needed. Notice the header of next column to Frequency



As soon as you change the frequency for the next task the Column header will be changed and you will get Dropdown according to the selected Frequency
Monthly Task : Choose a Date from the month to repeat the task. You can choose multiple dates if needed.






As soon you Choose a new frequency the previous column gets hidden so that there is confusion for the next value, as we chose Once here so next columns with week days and monthly dates are hidden now.




Now fill in the task details in the “Tasks” sheet as per the required format. Once completed, download the file in CSV format from Google Sheets.




Return to the Automate Tasks App, go to the Import Tasks section, and upload the CSV file.
