Idea Board in Automate Task App

Designed for teams that think fast and move faster, the Idea Board helps you capture, organize, and act on ideas — all within the same platform where your team plans, collaborates, and delivers work.


  1. Hit the Idea Board from the side panel.


  1. Create Idea lists and put ideas there





  1. Give a name to your list and add it to a category.





  1. You will see a New list is added and now you can list ideas here.





  1. You can add as many ideas as you want in the list.





  1. You can use these Ideas to delegate tasks as well





  1. Just fill the rest of the details in the form along with the title as the idea in the list.




  1. You an move ideas to differet list as per your convinience.



  1. You can Share your idea lists with the other teammates as well . Choose your team mates as your collabarator on the Idea Lists.


  1. You can see Idea Lists shared with you in Shared with Me section , applying filters by who has shared the list with you.
