# Not receiving WhatsApp notifications


**Not Receiving WhatsApp Notifications?**

**Solution:**

Check if you have enabled the WhatsApp notification from the settings page and also check if you have entered the correct mobile number while adding the team member.

* Go to the settings icon.
* Under task app settings, you can turn off or turn on the notifications.
* At last click on Save.
