# Task is not visible on the portal after delegating

| Solution:

If a user assigns a task to another user, the delegator will see the task on the **Delegated Tasks** page, while the assignee will see it on their **My Tasks** page. 
If a user cannot see the task on their page, they should check the filters at the top. Multiple filters are at the top, and the tasks will be filtered according to the month, day, and week they were assigned.
