How to Add Teammates & Categories?

Steps to create/add teammates and categories in task delegations app:

Adding Teammates


  • Navigate to the Task Management section of the app.

  • Go to my team section

  • Click on the "Add Members" button.

  • Complete the provided form with the new team member's information.

  • Click "Add Team Members" to save.

**Note: ** **** Use the new team member's email address that is not already registered with the app.



Adding Categories


Method 1: Through Settings

  • Go to the app's Settings.

  • Select the "Category" option.


.

  • Enter the name of your new category in the "New Category" field.

  • Save the new category.

Method 2: While Assigning a Task

  • When creating or editing a task, select the "Category" field.

  • Enter the name of the new category and save.


.

  • Click the "+" icon to add a new category.

Important Notes


  • You can edit or delete existing categories.
  • Caution: Deleting a category will also delete all tasks assigned to that category.
