How to add additional reminders in a task?

Steps to add additional reminders in a task:


  • Navigate to the Task Management section and click on the "Assign Task" button.




  • Enter the necessary task details and click on the clock icon at the bottom.




  • Choose the preferred reminder channel, either Email or WhatsApp.




  • Specify the reminder time and adjust the time unit as needed.




  • Select whether the reminder should be sent before or after the task deadline.



  • Click on the plus (+) icon to add the reminder. You can add up to 10 additional reminders, including both before and after the deadline.



  • Click on the Save button to confirm and apply all the added reminders.
